We believe a room needs movement to really sing, and the curves of our Wave Longue encourage the eye to travel. Designed with functionality in mind, the bench is comfortable enough to curl up and read a book on, and long enough to share with friends. Held sturdy by carved bobbin legs, the open base allows the piece to float elegantly in a room or add interest against a wall.
Pictured here in Josef Frank's 'Mirakel', the name translates as ‘miracle’ in Swedish, and Frank named it so as he thought it was a miracle that he managed to make the twisting repeat work. Frank’s design ethos was influenced heavily by William Morris, who resided a few doors down from Beata’s house (the living room the daybed was designed for).
